The Omaha Children's Museum is hiring a full-time, onsite Guest Admissions Lead to lead front-desk operations, guest check-in, ticketing, memberships, and admissions initiatives while training and supporting the Front Desk team. The role also supports I-Crew guest engagement, exhibits, the Gift Shop, special events, and museum operations, with responsibilities including inventory, lost-and-found processing, guest service, and team mentoring. Previous customer service, retail, admissions, food service, or leadership experience is preferred, and bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
