European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Engagement & Messaging Specialist to manage inbound SMS and email responses from marketing campaigns, convert guest interest into bookings, maintain a consistent brand voice, upsell services, and track performance in CRM and scheduling systems. The role requires strong communication, customer service, scheduling, CRM, and Microsoft Office skills, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
