The Guest Environment Expert maintains the appearance and cleanliness of a hotel by performing housekeeping functions such as delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and completing other guest-facing duties. The role requires professional appearance and communication, adherence to company policies, confidentiality, safe work practices, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
