McArthurGlen Group is hiring a permanent Guest Experience Advisor for its Designer Outlet in West Midlands. The role is a 15-hour-per-week in-person position working weekends across Saturdays and Sundays, welcoming guests, answering inquiries, resolving issues, promoting products and services, handling feedback, completing administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming, well-organised guest-services area. The position requires strong people skills, customer-facing and administrative experience, IT proficiency, fluent English, and flexibility to work across the centre’s trading hours on a rota basis. The advertised base salary is £13 per hour, with a performance bonus scheme and benefits including private medical insurance, a pension plan, and shopping discounts.
