The Sales Manager will lead the hotel’s sales team, prepare sales reports and forecasts, manage leads and bookings through CRM systems, maintain client records, and negotiate high-value deals across MICE and leisure segments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field, 5–7 years of luxury-hotel sales experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and flexibility for evening and weekend work.
