LightHouse is hiring a full-time Guest Experience Associate, Content Creator for its Napa office. The role supports guest and event services, including visitor reception, reservations, room inspections, event logistics, vendor coordination, guest communications, and marketing content creation across social media, email, and event platforms. It is 100% onsite with overnight shifts as needed, requires a Class C driver’s license and at least one year of guest-facing experience, and pays $23.33 to $30.55 per hour.
