Description
The Guest Experience Associate supports the Guest Experience Director at Christ Community Chapel by creating welcoming environments for guests, leading volunteer recruitment and development, coordinating security and medical coverage, and improving guest-experience systems and processes. The role also serves as the primary coordinator for Legacy Park, managing event scheduling, community partnerships, outreach, vendors, and volunteer logistics. It is a full-time position reporting to the Guest Experience Director and requires a dynamic relationship with Jesus, strong communication and organizational skills, and availability for weekend services and events.
