Description
The Guest Experience Associate supports Signature Aviation’s hospitality team by greeting and escorting guests and crews, assisting with luggage and special requests, coordinating ground transportation and vehicle staging, securing airport access, conducting identification checks, maintaining service records, and communicating passenger information. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid state driver’s license, at least 18 years of age, and the ability to pass background and drug checks; customer-service experience is preferred. The position pays $22 per hour and may require night, weekend, and holiday shifts in indoor and outdoor conditions.
