SSA is hiring a Guest Experience Associate to provide welcoming guest service at cultural attractions, operate admissions and membership windows, promote ticket packages and memberships, follow cash-handling and sanitation procedures, maintain a safe and organized environment, and support company inclusion, sustainability, and community initiatives. No previous experience is required, but candidates should be goal-oriented, flexible, sales-comfortable, guest-service focused, and available for weekends, evenings, and holidays. The role offers overtime eligibility, on-demand pay, meal and employee discounts, a 401(k) with a 15% company match subject to eligibility, tuition discounts, bereavement leave, holiday pay, and paid sick leave according to applicable laws.
