Description
The Overnight GT6 Grounds Team Member serves as Brightwild’s primary after-hours on-site presence across its portfolio, handling guest calls, property patrols, disturbances, lockouts, maintenance requests, and urgent guest needs. The role requires independent overnight or on-call work, frequent travel between properties, regular walking patrols, outdoor work in varying weather, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Prior hospitality, guest services, property management, security, or related experience is preferred, along with familiarity with Key West and the surrounding area.
