Bathhouse is hiring a friendly and attentive Guide to serve as the welcoming face of the guest experience at its wellness and social venue. The role focuses on greeting guests, explaining amenities and policies, supporting check-in and check-out, monitoring guest flow for safety and comfort, and communicating feedback or incidents to management. The position requires strong hospitality and communication skills, comfort in a busy high-touch environment, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $20 to $22 per hour, with medical, vision, and dental insurance available for full-time employees and additional perks including complimentary admission, guest passes, and discounts.
