Babylonstoren is hiring a Guest Experience Host / Hostess for its F&B team. The role welcomes guests, manages arrivals, seating, table flow, bookings, special requests, VIP and dietary arrangements, telephone enquiries, and guest-facing areas, while supporting managers and the wider restaurant team. Candidates should have hospitality or guest-facing experience, strong Afrikaans and English, excellent communication and organisation, the ability to remain calm under pressure, willingness to work hospitality hours including weekends and public holidays, and own or reliable transport.
