Gettysburg Scenic Railway is hiring a Tour Guide to provide safe and pleasant passenger experiences on its Thursday-through-Monday schedule, including weekends and holidays. The role may serve as a Car Host, Ticket Agent, or Concession Host depending on business needs and includes passenger assistance, ticketing, reservations, customer service, safety procedures, First Aid/CPR/AED support, and concession operations. Candidates need customer service experience, communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, and certification or willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
