Ingenia is hiring a Casual Guest Experience Officer for its Chelsea Rentals site. Reporting to the Community Manager, the role welcomes guests, assists with check-in and check-out, converts walk-in bookings, promotes holiday destinations, coordinates holiday activities, maintains site standards, and supports caretaking duties. The position requires hospitality or tourism experience or enthusiasm for guest-focused work, Microsoft Office and booking-system proficiency, a valid Working with Children Check, a current automatic driver’s license, Australian working rights, and a National Police Check.
