The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are hiring a part-time, event-based Guest Experience Representative to provide premium hospitality and guest services at the venue. The role involves greeting and directing guests, assisting with tickets, credentials, wayfinding, access control, safety, ADA accommodations, complaints, and operational support; collaborating with Premium Services, Food & Beverage, Security, and other teams. The position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with customer service or hospitality experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
