Description
The Guest Experience Representative will serve as the face of the brand in a Bellevue retail store, greeting customers, assisting with purchases and product recommendations, resolving complaints, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with the store team to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service or retail experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and flexible availability for weekends and holidays; business administration education and point-of-sale or inventory management experience are preferred.
