Dash In, a division of the Wills Group, is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to join their team in Annapolis, Maryland. The supervisor will collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing retail team, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include proactive guest interaction, supporting associates in meeting guest needs, monitoring customer flow, upholding brand standards, and communicating ordering and inventory needs.
