Dash In, a division of the Wills Group, is hiring a Guest Experience Supervisor for its front-of-house retail operations in Midlothian, Virginia. The role supervises and develops retail associates, supports smooth customer-facing operations, resolves guest questions and concerns, manages customer flow and registers, upholds brand, cleanliness, safety, and service standards, and communicates ordering and inventory needs. Candidates need at least one year of supervisory or management experience in customer service or retail, a high school diploma or GED, multitasking and problem-solving abilities, comfort with POS technology, and strong people skills; ServSafe certification is a plus.
