Dash In, a division of the Wills Group, is hiring a full-time Guest Experience Supervisor in Graham, North Carolina to lead front-of-house retail operations, support and train associates, ensure smooth guest service, manage customer flow and register coverage, and uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance. The role requires at least one year of supervisory or management experience in customer service or retail, a high school diploma or GED (or ability to complete an employer-paid GED program), comfort with POS technology, and strong people skills; ServSafe certification is preferred.
