ARIA Healthcare is hiring a Guest Relations Coordinator for ARIA of Brookfield. The role serves as a resident advocate and manages the full grievance process, including receiving, documenting, investigating, resolving, and following up on resident and family concerns. It also supports admissions and transitions, room readiness, belongings inventory, resident engagement, care conferences, interdepartmental communication, confidentiality, and quality improvement. The position requires experience in healthcare, customer service, hospitality, senior living, or long-term care, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, organization, Microsoft Office and electronic documentation skills, and commitment to resident rights and satisfaction.
