Description
The Guest Screening Services Representative greets, screens, checks in, and badges patients and visitors at UCSF Health locations; verifies electronic or in-person health screening, visitor clearance, and identity; provides masks and hand gel; assists with wheelchair and other patient and guest movement; rounds waiting areas; troubleshoots customer-service issues; and represents the department at meetings. The role requires cross-coverage across UCSF Health locations, variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and at least two years of related experience, preferably in healthcare.
