Description
The Guest Service Agent will welcome and guide guests at REMS properties, handle check-in and communication through the PMS and phone, offer additional services, advise on local attractions, and coordinate with property management, cleaning, and maintenance. The role is based in Malaga’s historic center, Soho, Torremolinos, or Malaga airport, with mostly evening shifts, five days per week, and a permanent contract. The salary is 20,500 to 25,000 EUR annually, with part-time scheduling available from 25 hours per week.
