Costa Navarino, a sustainable Mediterranean resort in Greece, is looking for a Guest Service Ambassador to join their team during the night shift. This role involves welcoming and assisting guests, managing administrative tasks, resolving complaints, preparing reports, monitoring operations, leading front desk activities, completing audits, and overseeing check-ins/check-outs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Front Office Agent position within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel, possess a Hospitality degree, and demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
