Description
The Guest Sales Associate manages opening and closing procedures, guest flow, inquiries, reservations, front-desk and retail operations, product and service education, and guest relationships. The role requires flexible day and evening shifts, weekend availability, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work on the floor, and must be at least 18 years old. Compensation is $19.29 per hour plus commissions and bonuses, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and employee discount benefits for eligible associates.
