Description
Guest Service Attendants are sought for the Front Office team at The Hermitage in Aoraki/Mount Cook, starting September 2024. The role focuses on welcoming guests, providing information and support before arrival through departure, assisting with luggage and transport, handling inquiries and complaints, maintaining guest service standards and safety procedures, and working closely with other hotel departments in a remote national park location. The position requires hospitality/customer-facing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a full clean NZ driver’s licence or equivalent, and comfort living and working in a remote environment with rotating shifts.
