Description
The Customer Service Lead (GSL) leads and trains car wash site staff, maintains a clean and safe outdoor work environment, supports daily operations and compliance, and provides exceptional guest service. The role also sells monthly unlimited wash memberships and single-wash packages, prepares vehicles, and may perform after-hours site cleaning. It pays $15 to $18 per hour plus commission, includes a $300 sign-on bonus, and offers medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, retirement, and car wash benefits.
