Description
The Guest Services Agent provides welcoming and service-oriented support to guests, clients, applicants, team members, vendors, and the public at Chelsea Piers and the Lighthouse. The role coordinates valet parking, shuttle and black-car services, package pickups, and guest transportation during events, while serving as a liaison between clients and the sales and banquet departments. It is a part-time position primarily scheduled for weekday evenings and weekends, with benefits including a complimentary fitness membership, 401(k) participation, a free daily staff meal, and a pre-tax transit program.
