Description
AVE is hiring a Guest Services Associate to provide front-of-house service to residents, clients, prospects, and visitors at a luxury flexible-stay apartment community. The role handles reservations, check-in and check-out, move-ins and move-outs, key-card creation, package logging, coffee-station service, resident communications, and coordination with management, maintenance, and housekeeping. It requires face-to-face customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and availability for a full-time Thursday–Sunday schedule. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour, with medical, vision, dental, PTO, and other benefits for permanent full-time roles.
