The resort is hiring a Guest Services Associate to serve as a primary guest ambassador, delivering personalized arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out, managing reservations and billing, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating requests, supporting the Concierge team, and processing room upgrades. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and hospitality skills; previous luxury hotel or resort experience is preferred. The starting hourly rate is $20 based on experience and qualifications.
