Description
Long Meadow Ranch is hiring a full-time Guest Services Associate to manage guest inquiries and reservations by phone and email, support restaurant, hospitality, and event bookings, follow up on guest issues, coordinate cabin stays and cleaning schedules, assist with gift cards and receipts, respond to reviews, and support wine club projects. The role requires at least one year of hospitality experience, call-center experience, Excel and Google Docs proficiency, strong communication and attention to detail, and availability for weekends and holidays. Compensation is $24 to $26 per hour, with medical and dental insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k).
