Description
Reporting to the Head of Direct Sales, this role maintains reception areas and shared rooms, welcomes clients and GCF employees, supervises external service providers, and supports client visits, events, meetings, and hospitality operations. The position is primarily based at the Servian site but may support other Group sites in 34 and 11. Responsibilities include cleaning, sample and wine-cellar setup, supplies and equipment management, errands, event and seminar preparation, order preparation, shipment tracking, and deliveries to hotels, restaurants, and catering operations.
