Description
The Guest Services Manager will oversee guest service and lodging operations at Sakakawea Inn in Minot AFB, North Dakota. The role includes resolving guest complaints, coordinating budgets and staff development, performing front-desk duties, supervising subordinates, scheduling leave, evaluating performance, and handling grievances. It is a flexible intermittent position with 0–40 hours per week as needed, requires a Tier 1 background investigation and eligibility for alcohol-sale work, and may include evening, night, weekend, and holiday work. Qualifying experience includes hotel front-desk, cashier, and general office work, along with property-management-system skills, customer-complaint resolution, and management techniques; education may substitute for experience.
