AEG is hiring a part-time Guest Services Representative for the Torrance Soccer Center. The role focuses on welcoming guests, monitoring venue entry, providing information about programs and facility policies, responding to inquiries by phone, in person, and email, assisting with program registrations and event or field bookings, enforcing safety protocols, reporting injuries or unsafe conditions, and helping set up or break down volleyball and futsal equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, basic office and computer skills including Microsoft Office, strong customer service, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for eight hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
