Description
The Guest Services Representative will work at Sakakawea Inn in Minot AFB, North Dakota, on a flexible intermittent schedule of 0–40 hours per week as needed. Responsibilities include confirming and registering reservations, assigning rooms, issuing keys, processing payments and cash receipts, maintaining guest folios and checkout records, selling sundry items, updating room status, handling maintenance requests, processing night audit, and providing customer service. Applicants must have relevant clerical or cashier experience, the ability to resolve arithmetic problems and make change, English communication skills, and meet the legal age requirement for selling alcoholic beverages; education may substitute for experience.
