AVE is hiring a full-time Guest Services Representative to provide high-touch hospitality service to residents, clients, prospects, and visitors at a luxury flexible-stay apartment community. The role handles reservations, check-in and check-out procedures, key-card creation, package logging, coffee-station service, resident communications, move-in and move-out coordination, and sales support for prospects and VIP corporate clients. Candidates need face-to-face hospitality customer-service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and availability for a Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; Yardi or Orion experience is a plus. Compensation is $19-$21 per hour, with additional bonus potential and benefits for permanent full-time roles.
