AVE is hiring a Guest Services Representative to provide high-touch hospitality service to residents, clients, prospects, and visitors at its luxury flexible-stay apartment communities. The role handles reservations, check-in and check-out procedures, move-ins and move-outs, key-card creation, package logging, coffee-station service, resident communications, and coordination with management, maintenance, and housekeeping. Candidates need face-to-face hospitality customer-service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and availability for a full-time schedule covering Friday through Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. plus an additional morning or evening shift. Compensation is $23-$26 per hour, with additional bonus potential and benefits for permanent full-time roles.
