Description
The Guest Service Representative provides courteous and efficient service to campground guests before arrival and throughout their stay. Responsibilities include greeting guests, registering and issuing keys, maintaining occupancy records, making and confirming reservations, collecting payments, answering amenity and local-attraction inquiries, handling messages and packages, operating the campground property management system, maintaining store displays and inventory, promoting ancillary revenue, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. The role requires fluent English, strong communication and decision-making skills, comfort in a fast-paced environment, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and work outdoors.
