People Serving People is hiring a full-time Guest Services Shift Lead to provide customer service to shelter guests, staff, volunteers, and contracted workers; manage room availability and guest stays; enforce Guest Services policies; triage issues; maintain quality-control reports; represent the department to the Hennepin County Shelter Team; and train and mentor new Guest Services Associates. The role requires Microsoft, Salesforce, Paylocity, and HMIS (ClientTrack) proficiency, strong communication and documentation skills, community-resource knowledge, and the ability to work in a loud, chaotic environment. The position pays $27.00 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.
