Bolt Farm Treehouse is hiring a Guest Services Specialist II to own each guest's experience from pre-stay communication through setup, reveal, and documentation. The role includes running pre-stay calls, creating personalized celebration plans, executing proposal, anniversary, honeymoon, and other event setups, managing inventory and supply shortages, handling schedule changes, and coaching Apprentice Dreamweavers. Candidates need at least two years of guest service, event setup, or similar hospitality experience, direct guest or client coordination experience, inventory-management experience, a valid driver's license, weekend and occasional evening availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
