Description
The Abilene Zoo Guest Services Supervisor supports daily zoo visitor services by handling guest inquiries, calls, admissions and sales transactions, reservations, cash reconciliation, inventory, gift shop merchandising, food preparation, rides, attractions, equipment, and administrative tasks. The role leads or supervises Guest Services employees when the Supervisor I - Zoo is absent, resolves guest issues, supports staff training, and operates City vehicles and zoo equipment. It requires two years of retail sales or similar experience, a high school diploma or GED, a Texas driver's license, and required safety and food certifications, with flexible outdoor work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
