Description
The Guest Services Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the Residences Bell and Concierge teams at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah. The role manages guest service, staff supervision and training, guest complaints, supplies, shipping and receiving, vehicle and owner inventory, and coordination with airport personnel and maintenance. A high school diploma, previous bell service experience, effective communication, flexible availability, physical ability to stand, walk, and lift at least 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are preferred or required.
