Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time E&T Manager for its Systems Engineering team at MFC-Dallas. The role manages and develops engineering teams, provides technical coaching and mentoring, coordinates recruitment, selection, and training, supports program execution and requirements, and oversees performance, salary planning, recognition, and disciplinary actions. The position requires engineering management or team-lead experience, U.S. citizenship, an active DoD Secret security clearance or greater, onsite work in a classified lab, proficiency in a Flight Technologies discipline, and existing Lockheed Martin employment in the Tactical Missiles Flight Technologies section. The salary range is $148,300 to $275,500, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
