Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Guidance and Control (GNC) Engineer to design, develop, implement, verify, and test algorithms for aircraft, spacecraft, launch vehicles, and upper stages across powered, coast, orbital, interplanetary, and staging phases. The role includes inertial navigation, sensor fusion, Kalman filtering, target discrimination, system performance analysis, ground and flight testing, hardware-in-the-loop activities, and support for program reviews. Candidates need a relevant STEM degree, at least three years of experience, U.S. citizenship, interim clearance, and proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C++.
