Description
The Tour Guide will welcome visitors to Arctic Lapland and lead Northern Lights tours, snowshoe hikes, scenic drives, and other outdoor experiences. The role includes explaining the region and local culture, ensuring guest safety, driving company vehicles, preparing guest experiences, supporting tour planning and equipment setup, and resolving problems professionally. Applicants need good English, a valid driver's license, winter-driving confidence, strong interpersonal and service skills, flexibility, and comfort working outdoors in Arctic conditions; tourism, hospitality, customer service, or guiding experience is advantageous but not required.
