Bone Dry Roofing is hiring a Gutter Technician to install, repair, replace, maintain, and inspect residential and light commercial gutter systems. The role involves assessing drainage systems, measuring rooflines, fabricating and fitting gutter components, installing seamless gutters and related hardware, identifying leaks and drainage issues, and communicating project expectations with homeowners. The technician will travel to local job sites in a company-provided vehicle, work on ladders and rooftops, use power and hand tools, and perform physically demanding work in varying weather. Candidates should have 1–2 years of gutter installation or exterior construction experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. The position pays $18–$30 per hour depending on experience and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
