STC is hiring a Gym Manager for 50–60% of the time to drive growth and manage the day-to-day operations, service, staffing, scheduling, sales, maintenance, and member experience at a gym in Habo. The role reports to the District Manager in South 5, collaborates with training managers, and does not include personnel management. It requires daytime, evening, and weekend availability, strong sales and member-service focus, scheduling and workforce-planning experience, fluency in Swedish, and a Class B driver’s license.
