Description
The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking a gymnastics coach to lead progressive or competitive gymnastics programs for children and other participants. The role involves creating a safe and supportive learning environment, teaching gymnastics and character-development skills, evaluating participant progress, communicating with parents, managing behavior, supervising participants, completing administrative records, and attending required meetings and training. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess 3–5 years of gymnastics-setting experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills; USAG Safety Certification is preferred.
