Description
The Maintenance Supervisor maintains building operational systems, including the clubhouse and grounds, and oversees Maintenance Technicians and Porters. The role handles work orders, corrective interior and exterior maintenance, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems; coordinates contractors and tenants; monitors budgets and maintenance logs; provides after-hours emergency coverage; and supports snow and ice clearing. The position requires physical work in close quarters, extended computer use, and occasional lifting of objects weighing at least 25 pounds.
