Hall Director at Berea College

Berea College is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hall Director to join their team. This 12-month, live-in professional staff member will report to an Assistant Director of Residential Education. The Hall Director will be responsible for creating welcoming residential environments, encouraging student engagement, and ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of students. They will also supervise student paraprofessional staff, enforce college policies, and contribute to the advancement of the Residential Education vision, mission, and goals. Additionally, the Hall Director will support Berea College's eight Great Commitments by fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive residential communities.
