Hallstahammar Municipality is establishing a permanent Digitalization Developer role to lead and support digital transformation across municipal operations. The position will guide departments in developing digital processes, initiate and follow up on digitalization projects, organize workshops and professional development, evaluate initiatives, and translate technology opportunities into practical operational value. The role requires a relevant academic qualification or equivalent experience, digitalization-focused business development experience, strong technical and communication skills, and familiarity with system integrations, information flows, automation, and data-driven work. Experience in the public sector or complex change management is advantageous.
